No one will be able to defeat you all your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forget you.” Joshua 1:5

I can't tell you a formula for success right this moment but i can certainly let you know how to fail, Lean on People, Lean on things! We should all learn only and only to lean on the Lord. It does not mean just believe him or worship him, it means absolutely, completely and exclusively lean on God. When you lean on something, you expect it to hold you up, the only one that should be trusted to hold you up is the Lord. The one and only one.

Now let me tell you the formula of success, you want to win no matter what? Lean on God. "No one will be able to defeat you all your life, just as i was with Moses, so i will be with you, I will not leave you or forget you. Joshua 1:5.

Some of us lean on our parents, lean on friends, husband, wife, etc....but all will fail you. This may not be on purpose but it is because we are all humans. We have limited capability on everything. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your path straight. Proverbs 3:5-7. and some of us lean on ourselves, and we pay the price for it. But we should only lean on the Lord, and we shall never fail.

"The quickest path between two points is a straight line".....God will want you to get where your dreams are. Whatever the dream is if it is in Gods will it will happen. The path from point A to Point B is direct path as long as we are with God. Not because life is easy and things can be straight forward all the time, but if we walk with him we can cross over by leaning on him only. He is the only one who is able, he is the only one who can fix, he is the only one with power, he is the only one who knows it all....the only!

When you look at life through what you think or what you see, you are not looking at the whole picture.  That is why we should not lean on our own understanding. However we have been given a helper from God whom we need to lean on for understanding and wisdom, which will help us see beyond our circumstances, beyond what is seen in the natural. But the helper the Holy Spirit whom the father will send in my Name he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all things that i said to you. John 14:27. Peace i leave with you, my peace i give to you, not as the world gives do i give to you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.

Mainly we should understand how God works and acknowledge his ways. Gods ways are always perfect and his word is proven. We should look to Gods word for insight on how God does things. we should learn from the life of the Saints. The ones who have taught us the word of God. Then no one will be able to defeat us in all our life. As God has promised, No one will be able to defeat you all your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forget you.” Joshua 1:5. Ask yourself, Who do i lean on today? The answer should only be " God".

God loves you!...

“Let a double portion of the spirit which is upon thee be upon me.” 2 Kings 2:9

Elisha comes from Israel. His father name was Yosafet and he was born in the city of Gil gal. he was a servant of Prophet Elijah. Elijah was going into heaven and he asked Elisha, What can i do for you before i leave? And Elisha replied, Let a double portion of your spirit which is upon thee be upon me. 2 King 2:9. Thou hast asked what is difficult, nevertheless if thou sees me when i go up from thee even thus shall it be. We can learn a lot from this that we will have to be looking at the life of the Saints and learn to look like them so the double portion of the spirit they have will be upon us. Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.Hebrews 13:7

But how can we build our faith? The first thing for a person like me should be to ask God for more faith.I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!"Mark 9:24. I always ask myself when is that time going to come for me to live on the word of God and meditate on it on daily basis. "Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but 'in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.'" Revelation 10:9 When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart's delight, for I bear your name, LORD God Almighty. Jeremiah 15:16 . If we desire to increase faith we must consent to its testing. Remember that God has promised  to get us through the trials 1 Corinthians 10:13 and the trials he allows are for the ultimate and good reasons. Romans 8:28. With building our faith we should look like the saints and the ones who preached us the word of God so that their spirit will be upon us.

Remember God is always there. Even in the most difficult times when you don't feel the presence of God, believe that he is there. When you are in the happiest moments and God has blessed you, seek him even more. When you feel like you have been forgotten by God believe in his presence. Remember that we are not born to circle and circle in life, but to worship God everyday. We are Gods workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10.   Remember also that God does not forget anybody. Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or terrified, for the Lord your God goes with you, he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6.

Daily devotional activities are important ways to maintain faith and to look like the saints. Therefore my dear friends as you have always obeyed not only in my presence but now much more in my absence continue to work out your salivation with fear and trembling for it is God who works in you to will and act according to his good purpose. Philippians 2:12-13.  Many times speaking for myself again i get disconnected from the church, however it is very important to get connected to the body of Christ to maintain faith. So in Christ we who are many form one body and each member belongs to all the others. Romans 12:5.

Why are we called then? But just as he who called you is holy so be holy in all you do. 1 Peter 1:15-16. We are called to be holy and live like the Saints. Dear friends now we are the children of God and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears we shall be like him for we shall see him as he is. Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself just as he is pure.

It is all about fasting and praying. Jesus fasted and prayers. The followers of John the Baptist fasted and prayed. Yet even now, declares the Lord " Return to me with all your heart with fasting with weeping and with mourning. Joel 2:12. Consecrate a fast, call a solemn assembly. Gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land to the house of the Lord your God and cry out to the Lord. Joel 1:14. Then after fasting and prying they laid their hands on them and sent them off. Acts 13:3. Through fasting and prayers we receive what we want and also look like the Saints. This will help us receive the portion spirits of the saints. For we also win the enemy through fasting and prayer. Casting all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be of Sober Spirit be on the alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. But resist him firm in your faith, knowing that the same experience of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. 1 Peter 5:8.  Finally be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devils schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers against the authorities and against the powers of the dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes you may be able to stand your ground and after you have done everything to stand. Stand firm then with the belt of truth buckled around your waist with the breast plate of righteousness in place and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of Peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of Salivation and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people. Ephesians 6:10-18.

But the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. Matthew 24:13. Weather it is good or bad, happy or sad, we receive or we don't receive, we should stand firm to the end like the saints. As it says but the one who stand firm to the end will be saved. Mathew 24:13.

For Elijah divided the waters of the Jordan into two parts once but Elisha did so twice and Elijah raised one person from the dead and Elisha raised two. because Elisha received a double portion of the Spirit of Elijah. The main part was that Elisha saw when Elijah go up and he resembled his life like Elijah. For if we look like the saints and learn from their stories then their spirit will be upon us all.

Salutation to Elisha.Glory be to God who is glorified in his Saints. Amen

"He sowed wheat at dawn, and reaped it in the evening, "Everything is possible for one who believes."Mark 9:23+++

One day Abba Garima Sowed Wheat at down and reaped it in the evening and some of it he offered as an offering. and on the next day he took the remainder up to the threshing floor and he trod out the sheaves of wheat and obtained therefrom seventy seven measures of grain. He also planted a vine shoot on a rock and it took root and put forth leaves and bore fruit immediately. Ethiopian Synaxaruim. How is this possible?  "Everything is possible for one who believes."Mark 9:23+++

Miracles don't seem to be logical. How will it be possible to sow a wheat at down and reap it in the evening? but anything is possible for the one who believes.  Mosses parting the red sea in exodus was amazing but this does not seem to be possible for human beings but it is written in the bible and it has happened. This is because God is able and can do anything. We should all believe in the impossibles, since there is nothing impossible for God.

We shall never wait until a storm hits us to learn on how to believe God for a miracle. During storm emotions cancel your faith. yet believe that God does amazing things for all of us since he is good. Many, LORD my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare.Psalm 40:5

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that worketh in us. Ephesians 3:20. This statement shows us that if there is no power of believing in us then we can stop God's intervention in our life. The most important miracle in the bible is the birth of Jesus Christ from our Mother Holy Mary. The miracle happened when our Mother Emebetachine answered in Luke 1:- Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word.

If you plant a corn you shall get a corn, If God and his words are primary in our life, then we shall get the results of the word of God and the miracles from God. It does not mean that we will be out of temptation but we will win since God is God. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Roman 8:6. But all miracles are impossible without faith and the word of God. So let us all believe today. Let us all plant a word of God in our heart and we will receive the miracle God wants to bring in our life.

Going back again to the life of Abba Garima, once he was writing a letter and the sun was about to set he adjured the sun to stand still and it did so until he had finished his letter. And the spittle which he spat out remaineth unto this day and is means for healing the sick and once when a reed fell from his hands it took root that very day. Our father performed many miracles and when he has finished his life, our Redeemer appeared unto him and promised him that anyone who calls upon his name, celebrate his commemoration , our Lord would forgive their sins. May our Lord forgive us through the prayers of Abba Garima.

Salutation to Abba Garima.

"And Bahran being afraid of him gave him the letter. And the angel blew on the paper, and obliterated everything, which was written upon it."

Have you ever wondered if God re-write stories? We all have come through different paths. Many things may have happened that have left us scars and left us to not believe the future. Or our life has gone upside down that we really don't know if we can ever make it again or not. But today i want all of us to believe that God can re-write our stories all over again.

God always has something better in mind. God show us his love and grace from our past. He rewrite our story and redeem those very same events so that we reflect his glory in a whole new different way. We have two choices to make, we either let our past destroy us or we let God re-write the story and we learn from our past and take it as an opportunity to push and move forward? Which one are you going to chose? I choose for God to re-write all my stories all over again and today i choose to take all challenges of life as an opportunity to grow and even push forward and move on for the better.  Because problems are eye opener's which will help you write your own great stories. All we have to do is believe that God rewrite stories and prey for them with a hard work.  But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.Philippians 3:13-14.

It is all about a mind set. If you believe you can do it, yes you can. If you are giving up and sitting down then it is not happening. Are you sure you can do it? Maybe you don't have what it takes, what if you fail.....Leave all of that and decide today that anything is possible for God. "'If you can'?" said Jesus. "Everything is possible for one who believes". Mark 9:23. We should always interpret set back's, criticism as growth mindset signs to change strategies, work better, work harder and smarter. Here a very good example

Fixed foolish Mindset says- " Are you sure this is possible", What if you fail?

Growth Mindset answers- Anything is possible for God, and i am not afraid of failing by any means if i fail i will dust myself off and rise up. I will change and device a new strategy and I will finally win. Did not you know i am a winner through God who loved me to the end?  Do you know we are all winners? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Romans 8:37. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13.

But we have to break the pattern that draw us back. We have to consider new ways and change our way of life to achieve better. Change the mindset that makes you fall in the same sin over and over again. Develop new habits that will help us overcome our weakness. To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4:22-24.

So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.2 Corinthians 4:16-18.

But as said in all problems of life we are still winners through whom loved us till the end.  so what shall we do? We should hold on Hope. We should also believe that God will re-write our stories again. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

And Bahran being afraid gave the letter and the angel blew on the paper and changed the letter of death to new beautiful life. Today  we celebrate the commemoration of the glorious angel Michael the Archangel. From the beautiful history of Bahran we learn that God re-writes stories all over again. Let us all believe and pray that God will change our life's for the better. Let us pray and make our efforts daily and God is faithful to re-write the stories all over again.

And let us ask for mercy from God through the intercession of the glorious angel Michael, that He may deliver us from the net of Satan, the accursed, and may put far away from us all pain (or, sickness) and the plague, and may increase the fruits of our lands in performing His mercy, and may forgive us our sins, and
may give rest to the souls of our dead, and may bring back in safety those of our fathers
and brethren who are on a journey, and may set peace in our midst, and may strengthen us
in the True Faith to our last breath.

“Speak, for your servant is listening.”1 Samuel 3:7-11+++

Life has continuous series in making choices. You either make the right decision that will make God happy or you make the other one and pay for the consequences. I mean how do you hear God's voice? Of course everyone else is trying to tell you different things, weather for their own personal interest, or they don't know anything better and they try to make you live in their own little world. Everyone is speaking and the devil of course is trying to tell you all the negative thought throughout to take you hell with him. How do you ignore unnecessary voices and only hear God? I hope to learn a lot more on this because this is vital for all Christians who have God as their main pilot in their life.

After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper.1 Kings 19:12. Elijah described the voice like this. God's voice is believed to come as spontaneous thoughts or flowing thoughts. Even the voice of the enemy comes us spontaneous and it is why we should take every thought captive. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.2 Corinthians 10:5.

So how can we tell between God's voice and the Enemy Voice? God's voice lines up with the bible and scripture. It will comfort you, counsel you, teach you, give you life, heal you and deliver you. The thought are pure, peace, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits unwavering. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.James 3:17.

Satanic thought- This lines up with bad thought which includes stealing, accusing, destroying, rejecting, fear, doubt, unbelief and misery. His thought bring jealousy and selfish ambitions. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. 15 This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. James 3:14-15.

Stop listening to other people's negative opinion, people will not hesitate to tell how you feel inside right now, they will not hesitate to continue making up stories or impose their own subjective personal non existent negative opinions. " Don't listen to negativity".  Don't try to please anybody but God. Remember the devil uses other people to discourage you. Also know that when people can't reach their dreams, they try to steal your dream, even though it is not possible to steal peoples dream through low opinions and negative voices.   Also don't listen to the enemy voices. Instead reject and run away from it. Submit yourselves then to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4: 7. Continually focus on listening to God's voice. My Sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow me. I give them eternal life and they will never perish and no one will snatch them out of my hands. John 10:27-28.

Become still to hear the voice of God- Yes, my soul, find rest in God;my hope comes from him. Psalm 62:5. For sure we will have rest in hearing the thoughts of God, in listening to God. If we are not still then most likley we will hear only our own thoughts, enemy;s thought or other people's negative voice. I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts;I will look to see what he will say to me,and what answer I am to give to this complaint. Habakkuk 2:1. fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2. Clear focus on God will provide us the purest flow and help us understand what God requires from us.

As discussed above Fixing our eyes on God will help us hear his voice. I will look to see what he will say to me. Habakkuk 2:1-20. As we know who we have learnt from, as David said it, " I saw the Lord always before me, because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken". Acts 2:25-28. Ophhh this word keeps me going, because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken at all! Trying to vision God with us and trying to feel his presence will help. Jesus is Emmanuel and God is with us. Math 1:23. For sure if we search for it, We will find it.

Remove doubt and believe. Doubt will throw you out of your objective. Satan will constantly bring doubt, Did God really tell you ? Gen 3:1. "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"Genesis 3:1. The minute you believe God is for you and he is on your side, You will be at peace. The minute you start beveling in him and his promises, You will start hearing what he is saying to you. Removing doubt will help a lot. Also writing a journal will help us remember what God has done for us. We have received so much from God however we have forgotten. Writing it down will help us all in remembering what we have received and in analyzing what we want.

Most importantly God is speaking through illumined scripture. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.Joshua 1:8. I found my answer right now through this bible verse, did you?  Going to church and listening to preachings will also help us hear the voice of God. So faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ. Romans 10: 17

“Samuel, Samuel,” he said unto Him, “Speak my Lord; Thy servant heareth Thy voice.” And God spoke to him the same words, which He had spoken to Eli the priest, concerning the evil, which his sons had done, and what He wished to do to the sons of Eli and the children of Israel. After this God commanded the prophet to anoint Saul, the son of Kish, king over the children of Israel. When Saul transgressed the
commandment of God, He commanded this prophet to anoint David, the son of Jesse,[over Israel]. And Samuel judged Israel for forty years and died in peace, and they celebrate his festival on the twenty-sixth day of the month of Sane, which is the day whereon God called Samuel, and commanded him to act. And this prophet prophesied ten hundred and thirty-five years before the Incarnation of our Lord. Salutation to Samuel who grew up in the Temple of God. I love you with an everlasting love. Jermiah 31:3 ...

Paul gives a beautiful explanation over this love, Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand in its own way. It is not irritable or touchy, It does not hold any grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong.

But I want to talk about  our father's unconditional love today. I can't begin to speak how special  his love is for us. It will change anyone's life, this love. This love does not come from anyone, but from God, He loves you, and he loves us.

Throughout life, we may not know him. We may believe or we may not be a believer, but still he loves us. What surprise me most is that this God knows us all inside out, yet still loves us. I mean people may say this person is nice, but they have not opened one's heart and seen what that person says in his heart half of the time.  But God knows us and yet he still loves us. I find that incredible. You have searched me Lord and you know me. Pslam 139. You may know certain things about yourself but God really Knows you. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Mathew 10:30

I had a discussion with one father and he reminds me everyday that his daughter resembles him and favors him than his wife. I always say in my heart she looks nothing like you but her Mom Yet your love is so much that all you can talk about his how much she looks like you. This is the earthly father. Our father loved us so much that he created us in his own image. Don't you think that is amazing too?
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:27. In him we live and move and have our being. The lord says we are his off spring. " For we are indeed his offspring". Acts 17:28.

Have you ever felt like there is nobody that understand you well, nobody knows you? God knows you well. It says " Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart." Jeremiah 1: 4-5, For some of us confused like myself, we were never a mistake. God plans everything, and we are part of his plan. How special is that? In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will. Ephesians 1:11. So if  we are part of the plan then what has anyone got to worry about? Deep down in our heart we know how much our father's loves us so much and how much they plan everything for us? If our earthly father's are like that, how much our real father, God cares for us. For he knows and has the plan that will be beneficial to us. So we must all relax and believe in his power and love.  "Your hands shaped me and made me. Will you now turn and destroy me? Job 10: 8 ?

Don't let anybody tell you anything different! And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth and hath determined the times before appointed and the bounds of their habitations. Acts 17:26. The exact time of your birth and your living place everything has been worked out. Acts 17:26. As humans we worry a lot but there is nothing to stress about as long as we do what we have to do. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Pslam 139: 14. By a designer who makes no mistakes. Most of the time we under rate ourselves. I Believe we are all very special.
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 17 This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.1 John 4:16-18. See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.1 John 3:. The father who loved us to the end. What a father! Don't you think his love is beyond imagination, beyond our capability of thinking? By these stripes you are healed he said you were worth this. Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. He is a perfect father.  Matthew 5:48

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:1. Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Mathew 7:9? so today let us believe that all will be all right no matter what. Nothing matters more and I hope we will always remember that because our father love is amazing.

One last word, our father says Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: Jeremiah 31:3. I love you with an everlasting love.

When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned. Isaiah 43:2+

Fear is the worst enemy for all Christians. Fear would paralyzes, frustrates and cripples you. Franklin D Roosevelt said one time " The only thing we have to fear is fear itself". So how do you trust God in difficult times? Have not you wondered why something happens after the other? When you just came out of that situation and the other one already has attacked you? How about the people you do really believed on, it could also be a family member/Very good friend somebody you counted on betray you again and again? You turn around to find that there is none left you can count on? How about you have lost most important things for you in life? How do you move on? I would say "Believe", even when you don't see the light "Believe", even when you are not understanding "Believe". Because the promise of God is true, When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze .Isaiah 43:2. Tribulation test our faith, when Jesus Christ is revealed then our sufferings will be worth then.  If a gold is not tried in fire, then how do we know it is real gold then???

Tribulations test our identity as Christians. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. Matthew 7:25. Are we the seed that fell on a good soil and produced a good crop, did we stay connected to the source of life and were not we destroyed by trouble? by Persecution? By Crap of life? When we deal with tribulation as we should, the only one that authenticate our true identity as believers. We may have been shaken, but with Gods help we will never be moved. Tribulation test our sense of purpose, Blessed is the man who preserves under trail because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised. James 1:2. Tribulations help you identify your purpose in life, challenges open your eyes, they show you the right directions.

Tribulation tests our obedience- the reason I wrote you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything. 2 Corinthians 2:9. Trust me it is easy to stick around by anyone or anywhere when it is happy days, but who does it through difficult times.? Challenges test our obedience. We also learn how to rely on God. Remember when it is dark, even your shadow leaves you! You will be looking and looking and find *None* and you will finally learn, Man it was only God you have ever needed. You will rely on his hands and his love is good enough. God is sufficient for everything. Have you ever been in a situation where you just say, my God I cant do this one and just hope that God will turn back the situation? But this is what challenges teach us, that is how your faith should have been in the first place, even when you had it all you just rely on God! Trust me, it is a proven fact that everyone will leave but only the Almighty God. "We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life. Indeed, in our hearts we felt the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many" (2 Corinthians 1:8-11). Most of all challenges are made for us to grow,... problems or the opportunities of growth.  I cant say it all in one day but I prey and hope I Pass mine first :)- and I hope you all pass yours too. Because not everybody passes the test. Remember God is faithful and anything is possible for him all we need to do is to prey and believe on him.

God is powerful, everything on his hands, God is all knowing, he is awesome and Mighty and good. God loves us all therefore if we are his and he is with us there is nothing we should absolutely fear. Let it go and let God handle it all. Yes I believe God is on our side. If you are Miss now like me, you will struggle a lot. Let go of thinking life should always go your way but let God does it on his own time, in his own way. Whatever his answers are, Yes, Wait and No, all of them are best. As long as you are doing what you can and supporting yourself with Prayers, it truly does not matter. Prayers are the best for all of us. Ask God for help by praying. He never said it would be easy but he promises that we are overcomers through him. 33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”John 16:33. You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them. Looking at those Saints and knowing and learning how they have overcome this world will help us overcome too. Reading their stories, listening to it will help us overcome. Opening eyes and being grateful will add more blessings. The simple act of noticing the good things we have in life help us become positive and remembering the gifts of God from the past and remembering how he has made you overcome in the past will help overcome the future. ....
How about this one for the rest of life's knock out's- " When I am afraid my Lord, I will trust in you"; +++

We remember "Ebsoy" the fighter the martyr today. Such a chosen man from Christian parents who served the Lord. A faithful deacon who was sent into prison for refusing to worship gods, but only to worship the true God.  St Gabriel had come to this saint many times to save him from his tribulations. Because he refused to worship false idols , they cut off his head and made it fall on the sea shore. They took his body and head and threw them into a skin and his head joined to his body through miracle and it became as if it was never cut off. After ten days without any man help it came to the house of Boha and it was buried...But we see in how much troubles the saints come through for the love of God. And verily in like manner have the martyrs rejected the desire of this world and poured out their blood for God and have endured bitter death for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. HYMN PRAISE FOR THE FIFTH DAY OF THE WEEK (THURSDAY).
but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved...Matthew 24:13+++

May the Almighty help us all. +

For I was hungry and you gave me food? Matthew 25:35-40

This was a heart touching picture I saw today on the social network. It made me realize how much ignorant most of us are to other people's problem. We always focus on the wrong things, and we are never thankful. If God has a heart for the needy ones so must we all have one for them. Have you ever taught that if each of us contribute then we will solve most of our problems?

Knowing and reading about the problems help to think about solutions. The main issue as far as I see is lack of awareness to begin with. Millions starve in the world, more than 270,000 children are at risk of death because of hunger in Ethiopia. Do you prey for the ones who have no food? Do you do what you can to help solve this problems? For at the end of the day, God will never question how much food you cocked for dinner, it would be For I was hungry and did you give me food? Mathew 25:35.

If each Ethiopian Orthodox Sunday school has a charity work and began project to help the needy ones, it would automatically solve most of our problematic questions. But we are too busy and focused on other things.... If anything I am the first to blame, however to donate for any organization that helps the needy ones or establish organizations as much as possible would solve this problems. One day with the help of God, we will get this and wipe away  tears from many children. There is nothing that is not possible for God and with the help of God if we establish better systems, we can definitely reach out to many. I want to encourage you today to donate to any charity organization you believe on, or go ahead and start smaller project to reach out the ones in need.

Volunteering would help reach out some one In need. You don't know who you are going to touch in life with kindness and change their life. Maybe we can all start volunteer to different non profit organizations and make a little difference in someone else life. Of course helping individuals will change the world for the better too.

People are often unreasonable and self centered, forgive them anyway, If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives Be kind anyway. If you are honest, people may cheat, Be honest anyway, If you find happiness, people may be jealous, but be happy anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow, do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway. That was Mother Teresa. Yep we are nothing compared to the problem of the world, but we can still give our best and leave the rest for God. He will handle it.
Nehemiah 9:27 ...But when they were oppressed they cried out to you. From heaven you heard them, and in your great compassion you gave them deliverers, who rescued them from the hand of their enemies. Of course, the key to the gate of heaven, helping the ones In need.

On this specific day we remember Saint Sanusi from the city of Balkim who became a martyr. This young man used to look after his father's sheep. He used to give food to the shepherdess each day and he fast until the evening. The angel of God told him to go to the governor and confess thy God and he would receive the crown of the martyrdom. After he has done that this holy saint has been tourchered because he confessed about God and received the crown of martyrdom in the kingdom of heaven. we learn a lot from his charity and kind works and how God choose him for this because he was a kind man who helped others. And then righteousness was accounted unto him forever. And verily in like manner have the martyrs rejected the desire of this world and poured out their blood for God and have endured bitter death for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. HYMN PRAISE FOR THE FIFTH DAY OF THE WEEK (THURSDAY).

Back to where we have started do you have the answer for this, For I was hungry and you gave me food by the Lord, I still don't have the answer to that or truly I would not know what I would say. May the Almighty Help us all to assist the ones in need. AMEN.

“Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more.” John 8: 11

We all know what the major temptations are for most Christians. The best way to avoid it is to first admit that it is wrong. It is for sure that if we seek the guidance of the Lord he is faithful to take it away from us. Even harder it is better to follow the narrow path and leave the world to follow Christ. Many times I have discussed this with my friends but I guess there is no if and but about it, God does not approve of Pre-Marital Sex. For this is the will of God, even your sanctification that ye should abstain from fornication. 1 Thessalonians 4:3.

How is it possible? I believe there is nothing impossible to God. Making it inconvenient also helps to avoid sin. According to the research, Couples should spend time together in places where it is impossible to commit act. A single person should also keep himself busy or stay away from places that reminds him/her of sin to avoid sinning.

Many times we act without thinking and we pay for the consequences. Thinking of the consequences helps avoid mistakes. If you are a true believer and you remember that tomorrow is not granted and if God comes within the time of your sin, you will not do it. As written in the holy book, we should live everyday like it is the day, for if the end of the world does not come, then the end of one's life may come, which is the end of the world for that person. On top of that there are too many consequences which includes losing the grace of God, that is losing everything. That still does not mean that we are not forgiven, for all sins are forgiven as long as we repent.

True that in prayer we receive wisdom and power to over come all. We overcome everything through prayer cause we will be filled with God's spirit. Don't pray then make yourself an easy prey for the devil. Watch Ye and pray lest ye enter into temptation. Mark 14: 38.

While facing temptations to commit sin, instead of thinking about it, running away from it helps, Run for life while this things are in your taught. Like Joseph ran for his life and he enjoyed Gods blessings, we should also flee from temptations of this kind. Flee fornication...1 Corinthians 6:18.

I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. Romans 7:15 , having said that let me remind you that I am a major sinner! and tell you a beautiful story of Holy Pure Martha.

Martha was from Cairo and her parents were very rich. She loved to sin with fornication and she had a lot of lovers. When the festival of our Lord came, Martha really wished to see the house of God. But she was not allowed to go in because she was a sinner and her acts were known by the public. The bishop told her  Martha, Don't you know that the house of God is pure? she promised to the bishop, I Will not go back to my old acts, instead I will repent and become a nun, bishop asked her to bring all her wealth so her possessions and all of thy goods would be burnt with fire. She did not hesitate but she went and cast them down before him, all of her properties were burnt. Martha left everything and followed the Lord. she used to prey " O Lord don't put me to shame before thy angels and thy saints, and she fought the good fight and she overcome the devil. because the Lord forgave her Martha died in peace. As the Lord says, go in peace to all of us, we should leave our previous sinful life and follow Christ. As our father's say.....“Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more.” John 8: 11.
